Van Transportation

The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter's Transportation Program provides transportation for people with a diagnosis of ALS who are in power wheelchairs and do not have suitable transportation of their own. All ALS Transportation is offered free of charge. Priority is given to individuals that have ALS Clinic or medical-based appointments.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Chapter's transportation program, an individual must:

• Have a diagnosis of ALS
• Must be in a power wheelchair
• Reside within the Transportation program service area
