Matching Gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees.

Click here to find out if your company participates.

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to this organization may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

If you do not find your employer listed, please contact your human resources department to see if you can establish a matching gifts program with the ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

How Do I Apply for a Matching Gift?

  1. Obtain a matching gift form and program guidelines from your Community Initiatives or Human Resources Department.  This information may also be available on your company Intranet site.
  2. Complete the Employee section of the form and send it to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter along with your donation or, if you’ve made your donation online, simply complete the form and mail it to:
